	French: Digital Autobiography	The purpose of this experience is to internalize French expressions learned at Level 1. Students will use what they have learned by applying it to themselves personally. This experience follows basic introductory lessons of introduction, description, self-identification and location.
	Vamos a visitar Espa	The learning unit "Vamos a visitar España" fits the cultural understanding aspect of the LOTE curriculum for checkpoint A. The middle school curriculum includes the study of cultural topics dealing with the geography and history of Spain. This WebQuest Learning Experience will give the student the opportunity to participate in guided research and learning about these aspects of Spain in a creative, thought provoking, higher thinking level approach. The student will create an attractive, colorful and neat looking travel guide and itinerary for a two week Spain vacation that can be shared with fellow travelers and parents. The end product should demonstrate the desire to visit various cities in Spain. It should justify the visit to Spain and convince parents that it is a worthwhile and educational endeavor. Students might actually use this product when they have the opportunity to participate in the Spanish exchange in their sophomore year.
